a）Type of engine or propeller;

b）Name of manufacturer, serial numbers and place of manufacture of theengine or propeller;

c）The following records concerning equipment changes of the engine or propeller:

（i）Date and place of equipment change;

（ii）Type, nationality, registration mark and registration number of aircraft equipped with said engine or propeller;

（iii）Reason for the equipment change;

d）The following records concerning the execution of repairs, alterations or maintenance of the engine or propeller:

（i）Date and place of execution;

（ii）Reason for execution, and the location and description of the parts replaced;

（iii）Date of confirmation and the signature or 'the name and seal of the person who has made the confirmation;

e）The following records concerning the use of the engine or propeller:

（i）Date and hours of use;

（ii）Total hours of use since manufacture and total hours of use since the latest overhaul;

（3）Glider logbook:

a）Nationality, registration mark, registration number and registration date of the glider;

b）Type and type certificate number of the glider;

c）Airworthiness classification and airworthiness classification number;

d）Name of the manufacturer, serial number and the date of manufacture of the glider;

e）The following records concerning flight:

（i）Date of flight;

（ii）Names of crew members;

（iii）Purpose of flight;

（iv）Segment or place of flight;
